Michelle MacIsaac is the founder of Moon Over Star. She provides meticulous and accurate Personal Color Consulting services, and the resources for clients to become confident about their wardrobe and other beauty-related decisions.
I love to help people reach their full potential. Combine that attribute with a systematic mind with a genuine interest and appreciation for the full effects of personal beauty on both the large and small scale, I felt that it was my calling to be a Personal Beauty Consultant.
My international background of having worked and lived in Seoul, Dubai and Los Angeles, along with my education at University of Southern California gave me a wide appreciation of how beauty is both universal, cultural and deeply personal. I am certified in SCIART color analysis by Christine Scaman of 12 Blueprints.
My practice is located in Central Florida, in the Greater Orlando Area, where I reside with my husband, David MacIsaac.
I service Lake Mary, Winter Park, Heathrow, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Lake Monroe, Maitland, Fairview Shores, Winter Springs, Longwood, Doctor Phillips and more.

I founded Moon Over Star because I wanted to bring literacy to the subject of personal beauty. Having spent years trying to keep up with the traditional beauty and fashion industry as a young woman, I was left confused and resentful of unpredictable trends, celebrity-focused ideals and shame-provoking marketing.
I want to hand the power of authentic beauty back to individuals - centered around an objective understanding and appreciation for our unique physical selves.

My relationship with beauty was haphazard.
Growing up, people said I was pretty, but I never felt comfortable with their words. I questioned the real value of beauty and whether beauty was overvalued in our society. But, I would also spend hours both admiring and critiquing my looks while secretly afraid that I was valued only for my outer appearance. It fueled my cyclical habit of overindulgence in the beauty industry contrasted by long periods of willful abstinence.
