Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Available if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled session.
- Partial Refund (50%): Issued for cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the session.
- No Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once without any fees, provided you notify me at least 7 days in advance. A $25 fee applies to further rescheduling.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
